    What a Face On my windows 8.1 laptop I went to the lower right hand corner of my screen and selected change pc settings, then selected network from the menu, and then selected add vpn, under the vpn service options (vpn provider) I selected microsoft and used the logon information provided by justfreevpn.com service and was able to plugin.
