Hello. Having a problem connecting. I connected about two weeks ago and everything was fine....no issues connecting at all. I had to de-select "Use proxy server" in my browser settings so I could connect to the internet without going thru the VPN.
Now today, I cannot connect at all. Keep getting "Error 800". I have double checked the password, username and server address. I cleared my browser's cache and then rebooted, but still have the same issue. I took a screen grab of the error dialog box but can't figure out how to post it here. Any help would be great.
